and i am from the Philippines. The Philippines is a beautiful country in Southeast Asia. Philippines has beautiful islands and the total of islands is 7,641 islands Google said but it used to be 7,107 but National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) has discovered its not 7,107 anymore but 7,641. The waters are very clear there that you can even see the coral and fish swimming the water is as clear as glass! If your the type that shops till you drop Philippines is the perfect place to shop in the SM mall has lots of shops inside such as Shoes,Clothes,Bags,food,toys and sometimes also in other Gigantic malls you can find designer clothes or bags my untie found a Gucci bag and louis vuitton bag! Aside from all the attractions the people there is very kind and sweet if your a tourist they would love to share all the fun things in the Philippines. But the only problem is its to hot in the Philippines!

Kia Ora Anica! My name is Susie and I will be viewing your blog posts throughout our Summer Learning Journey this year. Thank you for sharing your story with me. I am from a city named 'Busan' which is located at the bottom of Korea. I have actually been to the Philippines once when I was very young and my friend's uncle used to climb trees to get us fresh mangos that turned ripe under the steaming sun! I have never tried anything so delicious. I also remember having to walk a very long way under the sun and I felt like I could not BREATHE...!

Uhm i have a lot of favourite places in the Philippines is probably the malls because there's a lot of food! and a lot of supplies thats's not here NZ so if one of my family members comes to visit NZ before they go we ask them to get this and that or whatever we need. My favourite food is lumpia it has a crispy outside and in the inside there vegetables just like spring rolls. but my favourite street food is Taho. Taho is very sweet and delicious and has soft silk tofu.
ReplyDeleteOh YUM! That sounds absolutely delicious. I just searched up the photos of the food that you have mentioned and they are making me hungry. I think my stomach is growling! One of my favourite food that I tried in the Philippines is 'Ube'. It is a type of purple yam used commonly for desserts, right? I have never had Taho before but I would love to try it one day.
