Day 2 activity 1 flax weaving
I would love to try flax weaving why? because i love braiding my friends hair! she asks me so many questions like "Where did you learn this?" "How do you this?". To me when i look at people who do flax weaving in my head "This flax weaving takes time and patience"

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Hi Anica,
ReplyDeleteThat's a good reason to try flax weaving! I think you might be pretty good at it if you have learned to braid your friend's hair!
I'm sure you're right that flax weaving takes time and patience. I think you would need to be very methodical (do things in order) to make sure it turns out right!
Maybe you could have a go at some weaving with paper in the holidays - you can find some good videos on YouTube to show you how to do it.
From Laura
Thanks for the very good advice Laura. And maybe i should do the weaving with paper right now since i'm very bored and tired of playing games and watching videos on my computer.
