What Challenge in your life have you come across and overcame it?

It sounds like you were incredibly brave achieving something that sounds like it challenged you a lot. You should be really proud of that achievement, it's massive! Do you still do swimming at school?
Feeling anxious can be a really scary thing when you aren't sure what it is or why it is happening. Talking to people you trust about those feelings can really help you to acknowledge and be aware of when or why those feelings are happening. Those people may also give you strategies to overcome those feelings. Remember, you are not the only one who has felt this before, many people do so don't be afraid to talk about it.
