Day 3 Activity 3(Bonus):Achieving our Dreams

For the Bonus Activity
I asked one of my best friend's Sotheara in the Group-chat what she wanted to be when she grew up she said "I want to be a Doctor". I started thinking of ways I could help her achieve that. I wish she would pay more attention on focusing on accomplishing her dreams and be successful. But since Tik Tok came out she is glued to her phone and is always learning dances. I know I'm not her Mom but I'm just worried for her.

  1. Hi there Anica,

Well done on completing another Summer Learning Journey blog post. I can see you have been very busy so keep it up.

Sounds like you are a great friend to Sotheara and are really supportive of her. I am sure that Sotheara will be OK but if you are really worried about her, maybe you could try talking to her about it as a friend?

Being a doctor seems like such as rewarding job however there is a lot of work and studying that goes into it so you would need a lot of support from others to achieve it.
What would your dream job be if you could be anything in the world?

Until next time, happy blogging :)

  2. Hi Emma,

Indeed, Sotheara is a really great fiend of mine. I have tried many times talking to her about it in a nice way but she just keeps on ignoring the fact that she has changed a lot since she got that app. But it's her life anyways so she can live it however she wants.

I would want to be a Doctor because it is well-payed and I can save many lives of people, and also my parents want to to become a Doctor or a Nurse or something well-payed. I know being a Doctor will take a lot of work, but I´ll work hard for my future.

    Thanks for commenting

3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
