compatible numbers are kind off like tidy numbers but even easier. You see Tidy numbers use subtraction and addition but Compatible numbers only use adttion i think i might get that wrong but i think. Here's an (example)
12+18+9
the compatible numbers are 12 and 18 are compatible so add them together and it = 30 now left is 9 so plus it together and = 39.
Compatible numbers are numbers that are close in value to the actual numbers

Hi Anica its Eunize, this is absolutely amazing how you explained what it means and how to work it out, one point that was not clear to me was " now left is nine". I love the work you did and it made me feel about me getting confused what compatible numbers are.
